By creating an account, accessing heyblob.com, or using any Blob feature, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.
If you're using Blob on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Blob.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Blob. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or legal guardian's permission to use the service.
By using Blob, you represent that:
To use Blob, you'll need to create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@heyblob.com. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
Accounts are for individual use. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or usage policies.
Blob is a subscription-based service. Access to Blob requires an active paid subscription. Subscription tiers, features, and pricing are described at heyblob.com and may be updated from time to time.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select). Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
We may change subscription pricing at any time. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect. Continued use of Blob after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
All purchases are final except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at hello@heyblob.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
If we offer a free trial, it will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Blob is built to be a thinking partner — a space for reflection, planning, processing, and growth. We want it to stay that way.
You are responsible for the content you input into Blob and the outputs you choose to use or share. Blob's responses are AI-generated and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely solely on Blob for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Blob, heyblob.com, the Everle name, and all associated trademarks, logos, content, and technology are owned by Everle, Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Blob. By using Blob, you grant Everle a limited license to process your inputs as necessary to deliver the service to you. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you share feedback, ideas, or suggestions about Blob with us, you grant us the right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution. We appreciate it — it genuinely helps us build a better product.
Your privacy is foundational to how we've built Blob. Our Privacy Policy explains in full what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The short version: we don't sell your data, we don't run ads, and we don't train on your conversations.
The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at heyblob.com/privacy.
Blob integrates with third-party services (such as Stripe for payment processing) to deliver parts of the experience. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
Blob is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everle makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Everle, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of Blob, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Blob will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everle, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of Blob, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at hello@heyblob.com.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or to Blob, or for any other reason at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to access Blob ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Blob that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in New York, NY. You and Everle each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@heyblob.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent notice on heyblob.com at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
Your continued use of Blob after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
